        c.    Content Marketing with blogs, videos, newsletters, ebooks and slideshare

        e.    Twitter marketing

Program 2: Social Media Strategies and Tools to Build Your Business and Increase Revenue

This course is for entrepreneurs who have their business set up on social media. They have a Facebook page, a Twitter profile and a LinkedIn profile set up and want to learn how to grow their business and increase revenue using Social Media.

Ø  Marketing and promoting your business effectively on Facebook
Ø  Reducing time spent on social media
Ø  Identifying Facebook foundations
Ø  Uploading the profile picture
Ø  Uploading the background picture
Ø  Creating the background setting (controlling the privacy and business setting
needed to help Google find you
Ø  Creating an action for clients and customers using the Call to Action button
Ø  Accessing and analyzing insights
Ø  Creating and evaluating statistics and setting benchmarks and goals

These courses area fully government-funded programs through the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education. To be eligible, you must be a member of the St. Margaret's Bay Chamber of Commerce and you must make a commitment to attend at least 80% of the class time, and you must be employed or self-employed. All participants are required to meet with the instructor prior to the beginning of the program to conduct a half-hour individual needs assessment in order to ensure eligibility, and more importantly, to customize the course to your needs!
