LOCATION: ST. MARGARET'S BAY COMMUNITY ENTERPRISE CENTRE
This course is a fully government-funded program through the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education. To be eligible, you must be a member of the St. Margaret's Bay Chamber of Commerce and you must make a commitment to attend at least 80% of the class time, and you must be employed or self-employed. All participants are required to meet with the instructor prior to the beginning of the program to conduct a half-hour individual needs assessment in order to ensure eligibility, and more importantly, to customize the course to your needs!

About the Instructor:
Bonnie O'Toole is CEO of Market Pursuits Inc. She is a business professional with a 25+ year performance track record in leadership, marketing, customer service, sales. process development, project management, strategy, planning, and senior executive advisor roles.
She currently specializes in helping companies grow and become more profitable through training, coaching and consulting; and has delivered over 4000 hours of training to over 1000 participants in the last seven years. She has helped her clients: tap into their target markets with better marketing, improve profitability and cash flow, engage their workforce, get things done, improve communications, create leaders, develop strategy and get funding.
As a lifelong learner, she holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) a Bachelor's degree in science, three diplomas, two master certificates, and 22 certificates. Of those certificates, 11 are instructor certificates through the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education.
